"FEATHERGILL'S" a wonderful little apothecary shop nestling in the old Pennine market town of Hebden Bridge. Evoking memories of bygone days with its enticing aromas of perfumes and exotic oils.

Our luxury bath and body products are made on the premises from natural ingredients and high quality oils packaged in glass bottles, jars and tins reminiscent of Victorian times. A wealth of cure all remedies straight out of grannies medicine chest are stocked in our antique drug dispenser cabinet, Zambuk, Lion ointment, Wintergreen and Arthritis rubs all made to original traditional formulas.

Displayed in wonderful mahogany cabinets are products by famous names such as Floris, 4711 and Bourjois, remember "Evening in Paris"?
We have a luxury range of Gents toiletries and shaving requisites including Badger brushes and razors by Taylors of Bond Street.
On our second floor we offer traditional wooden toys beautifully made in Holland and Germany also, for the not so young, Clockwork tin collectors toys merry-go-rounds, walking robots and whirring tin car tracks.
Look close in our hardware corner and you will find much searched after goods such as Lifebouy soap, powdered starch, donkey stones and dolly blue.



All this is complemented by music from the 20's and 30's creating a marvellously relaxed happy atmosphere to browse and reminisce.
